I can not express how impressed both myself and my husband were by the service provided by NLAH in regards to my sick dog. We were new to the area and had read reviews online praising the both professionalism and compassion of the vets and front staff - which were so well deserved. From the first moment I made the phone call to schedule an appointment to the final moments of our pet's life before she was put to sleep, I was in awe at how amazing all the staff were over the 5 days our dog stayed there. They were sensitive to the difficult time I was experiencing, they treated my dog with not only respect but genuine love and affection, they listened to my concerns, provided options and advice whenever I had any questions (which was frequently). On the practical side they kept me aware of expense and were able to provide an estimate. There were no hidden fees and all tests undertaken were well considered and relevant. I can honestly say that they made an unbearable situation so much more
