For what its worth, I'm a pretty picky person in general and I have had many wonderful experiences with this office. In fact, in 6 years of having our labrador, we've lived in 6 cities and seen at least as many vets. I have never had the care and attention from the vet as I have here. We've only lived in Hickory for about 2 years and I know I've taken the dog in about 10 times (for regular check-up, vaccinations, to get nails drimmelled, ears flushed, teeth cleaned, surgery to remove a lipoma fatty tumor, emergency help when she ripped her stiches out, etc. (and that was right as they were closing on a Saturday and they were SUPER polite about it)... You name it.) Literally every time I've been there, I've had a terrific experience. The techs LOVE the pets, they go out of their way to be positive and helpful in a sometimes loud and noisy environment. The front desk staff is really on top of things and the vets are super thorough and caring. I have never felt rushed. Especially
