Review content:
We first came to this vet in the worst sort of situation, with our dog becoming extremely sick. After having called over 20 different vets to try to get our dog in to be seen, only VCA Aspenwood was willing to see her that day. After hearing no for over an hour, there response of "bring her in immediately and we will fit you in." From there, our expereience with the staff was phenomenal, being extrmemely caring and knowledgeable. Our dog was there for over a week, and unfotunately she did not make it, but the staff made the situation as positive as possible, allowing us to spend as much time with her as we wanted, going above and beyond to help with financing, and even contacting other vets and field specialists to help try and resolve everything. When our dog finally did pass, it was a Saturday and the doctor who had been working with us, Dr. Kelly, came in on her day off to help be there for us. I cannot think of a more ideal vet and I will never go anywhere else.
