i took in my puppy to get neutered after the doc recommended it and after the surgery (a routine procedure as any vet would tell you) my dog started to urinate blood a few days later, he also seemed to be feeling worse instead of better after a few days (he was just humped over could not straighten himself out completely and cried all the time). i paged the vet twice the night that the bleeding got worse and never received a call back. it was a holiday, yes, but i did not know what else to do...i also feel that if a vet is truly dedicated he would at least call back after being paged twice...obviously it was an emergency and he knows that an animal cannot express itself! anyway, we had to take the dog to an emergency care vet hospital and they could not tell what was wrong with my dog. the doctor there thought it was very strange what was occurring after such a routine procedure. i felt that she did not want to say too much just in case. They ran all kinds of tests and they came
