I visited this vet few days ago for an allergy reaction for my 10 year old cat. I found the staff very friendly but I do not think doctor is honest. The doctor did unnecessary ...

I visited this vet few days ago for an allergy reaction for my 10 year old cat. I found the staff very friendly but I do not think doctor is honest. The doctor did unnecessary test for bacteria and charged three times high for same medicines I could get in the market. Please be careful when visiting this place and you can end up with 300$ for simple allergy like me. In one of the sites about this Vet, it reported about reuse of equipment and what surprised me was the specimen plate that doctor wanted to collect sample fell on the floor and he simply picked up and continued. When I asked about charges, the response given to me was that was how other doctors also charge. I learnt my lesson not to go to any doctor without references. Apparently Pet Insurance does not monitor the activities of Vets. It is sad to see how greedy vets will discourage people from adopting pets because they simply cannot afford these unfair costs. more

We had a terrible visit here. I also agree that this doctor has no experience in animals other than cats and dog (if your lucky). I do not and will never trust this doctor again. I sense him using the same medical equipment over and over to other animals which should be replaced with new surgery utensils. Pets can get sick and a disease if the doctor uses the same surgery utensils on all the pets. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone and after our first visit I should of saw the red flag before it was too late. He took my pet in the other room and all I heard was my pet crying and yelling in pain the whole time while the doctor did his ""examination"". When the doctor came back with my pet I noticed my pet acted differently and he looked out of place. I don't understand why? My pet was very shaken up nervous and scared. The doctor seemed to not understand how to help my family pet and gave my pet two different types of medicine. My pet died the same night..........He will never be forgotten and will always be loved and in my heart. I have a feeling my pet died from both overdose and shock. I am devastated. The death of my wondering loving kind caring inspirational pet will remain a mystery. more

I have been reading some of the reviews of this place and just can't believe some of the things you people are saying. How dare you talk about money when it comes to your animals. I don't have all the money in the world either but if you can't afford the bills that come with having a pet..THEN DON'T GET ONE. You want to talk about not caring? You say Dr Bach and his staff are uncaring. Look at yourselfs. All you can do is talk about money. He helps so many animals. and oh he worked with a gross pet store. at least he helped those puppies whether the pet store owners deserved it or not if he didn't who would. Your all selfish and don't once think about the animals. Dr Back is a great vet and his staff is sooo sweet they make a great team I love that place and will bring all my animals there no matter how much it costs me because I know they are in good hands. Very Disappointed 11/9/2010

Marlboro Village Veterinary claims that they have been treating bunnies for the last 15 years. Their fees are very high, they treated our bunny for constipation, cost over $500 for one visit. They gave us false hopes and our bunny pass away the next day. more

Very Grateful for Marlboro Village Vet! 8/10/2010

My Dog passed away over the weekend at home but I want everyone to know that my family took great comfort in the fact she received the best care possible from Dr. Jonathan Bach and his staff! During the entire time she was a patient and a boarder at your home she was in very good hands. I call it home because my dog actually like to come and see you guys and girls and always made her feel safe as if it was her own house. She always loved getting her bandanna and always came home happy, never stressed. My dog was a gentle giant and lived a very good life until the age 12 which for a Rottie is longer than most. You were a big factor in this. You have always given us the bighter side of any problems we have encountered in the past. Even during this last month you never gave up on which is something most people would have done. You have a lot of compassion for animals that cannot speak for themselves. It would be nice if more people could be as gentle as were with their own lives. I know t more

Dr. Jonathan Bach’s thorough physical examinations and diagnostic testing coupled with our well trained staff allows us to provide this exceptional care. If the need arises for specialty care, we have a network of board certified specialists we can bring “in-house” or refer you to their office with confidence. Our clients are familiar with our clean, comfortable, recently renovated examination rooms and reception area. In the exam rooms, we provide yearly wellness exams, vaccinations and sick patient care. However, it is our personal care approach that set us apart from larger hospitals. Dr. Bach performs a wide variety of soft tissue, orthopedic and elective procedures in our up-to-date surgical suite. We provide modern anesthetic techniques, pain relief medications and constantly monitor our patients for changes in Ecg, blood pressure, body temperature, respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation (pulse oximetry) during all surgeries. After surgery, our patients are closely monitored during the recovery process. Most of our blood tests are sent out twice daily to Antech Diagnostics, a leader in the veterinary laboratory industry, assuring accurate assessment of your pet’s blood profiles. Other services we provide are x-rays for radiographic diagnosis of many diseases, Ecg or electrocardiographic analysis, artificial insemination and breeding timing, ultrasound and telemedicine consultation with specialists, dentistry, dermatology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, nutritional and behavioral consulting, as well as boarding, grooming, Science Diet pet foods & supplies.
