I heard nothing but good things about this hospital from where I work at the department of transportation because they give company discounts when your employer signs the company up. One afternoon late on a Friday right before they closed my dog was hit by a car and my own doctor in Dover wouldn't see him because they had plans and couldn't be late. So I called VCA Dover Animal Hospital and they told me to come right over, so I did! My little "Spunky" broke his leg and they fixed him up and first gave me an estimate to let me know how much I was looking at and then offered me a credit application for Care Credit so I could take time to pay for it and not be charged interest. The doctor was amazing and explained everything to me and went over the xrays and said he would take good care of him. Spunky made out great and the staff was very friendly and caring and explained every step of the way and even called the very next day after leaving how Spunky was doing. Thank you from the b
