Review content:
Royalton Road veterinary clinic is about one thing... the money. During a (very long) wait in an exam room I overhead the head Dr (Edgar) talking to a tech about how to get more money out of a client that had a very sick pet. I also heard him say he doesn't believe animals go to heaven while discussing a pet with a very callous attitude. This is NOT the type of doctor I want treating my animal. We always saw Dr. Wehrung and he seemed to be a good doctor, but much of the staff is HORRIBLE. The office manager (Marcy) is rude and unprofessional. She was more worried about getting money for my pets euthansia than she was my emotional upset. And one of the techs (Conny) was the worst person I've ever come across in the medical field. She acted as if it put her out to care for my cat who was dying. I will never ever go to this clinic and would advise you to steer far far away.
