I have only been once. My cat had random bald spots and I was concerned it was ringworm (it wasn't...food allergies). Dr. Osofsky took the time to talk to me, listened to EVERY word, wrote it all down, and even showed me examples of my cat's condition in a textbook. She didn't rush in or out whatsoever. I was VERY satisfied. I have another appt. soon with my other cat who I am also moving to this clinic. I haven't dealt with the other vets, but Dr. Osofsky was great.
