I Used DWORKIN for a WORKERS COMP CASE AND I had a TORN ROTATOR CUFF AND A DETACHED BICEP TENDON. THEY REPAIRED ROTATOR CUFF BUT NEVER RE-ATTACHED BICEP TENDON. I TOLD DWORKIN I NEEDED BICEP TENDON RE-ATTACHED. I WORKED ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MY ARM WOULD NEVER BE THE SAME. HE DID NOTHING TO GET MY BICEP RE-ATTACHED.AFTER A YEAR I JUST WANTED IT OVER. A LOT OF TIME WENT BY AND I CALLED HIS OFFICE AND ASKED WHERE MY CHECK WAS AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT RECIEVE IT YET.BUT I HAD ALREADY FOUND OUT WHEN THE CHECK WAS SENT AND DEPOSITED. I GOT A CALL BACK AN HOUR LATER AND WAS TOLD I COULD COME GET MY CHECK. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY AGAIN.
