i would not use this guy 8/29/2012

I Used DWORKIN for a WORKERS COMP CASE AND I had a TORN ROTATOR CUFF AND A DETACHED BICEP TENDON. THEY REPAIRED ROTATOR CUFF BUT NEVER RE-ATTACHED BICEP TENDON. I TOLD DWORKIN I NEEDED BICEP TENDON RE-ATTACHED. I WORKED ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MY ARM WOULD NEVER BE THE SAME. HE DID NOTHING TO GET MY BICEP RE-ATTACHED.AFTER A YEAR I JUST WANTED IT OVER. A LOT OF TIME WENT BY AND I CALLED HIS OFFICE AND ASKED WHERE MY CHECK WAS AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT RECIEVE IT YET.BUT I HAD ALREADY FOUND OUT WHEN THE CHECK WAS SENT AND DEPOSITED. I GOT A CALL BACK AN HOUR LATER AND WAS TOLD I COULD COME GET MY CHECK. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY AGAIN. more

Overall my experience was very good, although I did not like getting referred to 3 different attornies and not even being informed of it, I would call in and all of a sudden I would be talking to a different lawyer. Also some improvement could be done on the amount of time for a callback, sometimes it is an emergency and we need information on how to proceed with an employer and we have to wait 3 days or sometimes a week to get a call back. Also it would be nice if the attorney took notes as to the last conversation so he doesn't appear to know nothing about what is going on. Otherwise all in all, not bad. more
