I bought a diamond pendant from this store last December(2012) for my Mom. I made it easy on myself, I did all the research on line. I don't mind going Christmas shopping, I just don't like shopping with so many people. I remember the commercials for this place starting in November and I made my purchase a few weeks before Xmas. I called the day before to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, which they did. I went to the store. There were a lot of people in this place. I just went up to a free sales person, told them I called in regarding the pendant and the sales associate showed me what I wanted. She did try and up sell me to a larger version, but I didn't need it. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. NICE. I already have plans on going back to get me something.
