Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers

I bought a diamond pendant from this store last December(2012) for my Mom. I made it easy on myself, I did all the research on line. I don't mind going Christmas shopping, I just don't like shopping with so many people. I remember the commercials for this place starting in November and I made my purchase a few weeks before Xmas. I called the day before to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, which they did. I went to the store. There were a lot of people in this place. I just went up to a free sales person, told them I called in regarding the pendant and the sales associate showed me what I wanted. She did try and up sell me to a larger version, but I didn't need it. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. NICE. I already have plans on going back to get me something. more

Just the worst experience. You think they would know to keep their mouths shut...being in the business they are in...but apparently not. I purchased the band from them, but not the diamond. I went there to get the diamond fitted after I proposed and the woman ""helping"" us proceeds to tell my new fiance that I bought the ring more than a year ago and that I did not buy the diamond from them. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was going to explain the diamond's history at a separate time but basically had to explain it after we left the store. She pretty much ruined the whole experience for us. It was shocking...I still can't believe it happened. I curse that place and everyone that works there. And I have a legitimate reason why I waited so long?but it was none of her f-ing business. more

Absolutly the best place ever to shop for your diamonds. I have been to many jewelry stores but Ramsey's has given me nothing but the Best Service, Quality and Cost. When shopping for our engagement ring or diamond earrings or even our special pendant. Ramsey's gave us exactly what we where looking for. And even pesonalized it for us which we thought would be impossible but they made it happen. You defintly get your money's worth. And my sales person was the best. Ramsey's was in one word - WONDERFUL!My fiance and I looked everywhere (I do mean everywhere) and when we came to Ramsey's we found "the ring". It was perfect! They have a huge selection and never once did we feel pressured to buy (unlike other jewelery stores). They took their time with us, never rushing us to make a decision and even allowed my me to walk around the store wearing 5 different rings (instead of just allowing on at a time out of the case). It was the best customer service and experience we encountered on our many visits.He bought the ring and proposed on New Years was very special and they even gave him a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate.
