Review content:
With the exception of one person the staff at this veterinary was excellent. The exception is Dr. Olkowski. We had our pet rabbit in there and it wasn't that Dr. Olkowski didn't know what he was talking about, it was how he presented the bad news to us. Our pet was like a member of our family and it would have been nice if they doctor had some empathy, but instead he sort of chuckled saying over and over "he's going to die". The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would never recommend CedarCrest to anyone given my experience.
