As the previous owners used Bishop we just continued to use them for Furnace/AC periodic maintenance. (found out after the fact these guys are charging about 50% more for maintenance)\r
First time we ran into problems was a couple of days after the big blizzard of 2011.\r
We found out that our furnace stops working after a couple of hours and the house was getting cold.\r
Called them ? they sent a guy over ? after 15 minutes and $120 told me to replace my filter.\r
As expected the furnace stopped working again at 3 AM ? what a fun night.\r
Next day Bishop sent out the same guy again telling us we need to replace the ignition engine for $500 !!! (expected work time was less then 30 minutes)\r
I did some digging and found the part online for $150 - when called the Bishop office and being very polite on the phone I got an obnoxious person (the owner's sister) on the phone ? she was extremely rude , yelling at me how do I dare to to question her pricing told her technician to leave the
