I had heard good things in the local music scene about this place and thought I would take an easy fix down and see how they do. My first impression was that this was a very good looking store. \r
They have a wide selection of instruments, amps and accessories from a number of different manufactures. They also have a couple of rooms where you can ?test drive? an instrument in privacy with out distracting other shoppers or draw attention to yourself. \r
I went to have a tone pot replaced on a friend?s bass. Rather than just do the work and charge me, they diagnosed that the tone pot merely needed cleaning. Total charge was $4. Service and integrity with their repair work, they have won me over as a customer for life.
PROS: Great service with a real love of the business
CONS: hard to compete with national chain prices on their guitars.
