All my files disappeared from My External Drive. I had pictures and my thesis files stored from almost 4 years. I was going nuts. None of the "so called" computer company answered my phone. Mostly small and pop with answering machine. Go figure. Called Geek Squad and they say atleast 4 to 5 days. I found Control Alt Delete online and spoke with Tom. He told me no charge for him to check whether he can do it or not, while I waited in their nice place. Tom told me he can restore everything. It was expensive but he did it all. It was ready the next day. Thank you Tom. I highly recommend Control Alt Delete. For me money wasn't the issue - it was the technical knowledge, honesty and the service. Tom had it all. Thanks a million.
