they know there stuff at fixing. but be careful at the wording in the work order. an what they installed. if anyone had them install antivirus avg 8.5. an charged 79.99 or think they got a deal by them installing as a favor to you. well iam sure iam not the only one. but you can check thru avg. com an have them check the licence number. here is the email i received from avg8.5 Dear Sir/Madam,\r
