we went in for a few parts... when we asked for a specific part we had to go through 3 different people when they finally figured out what we were looking for the then tell us that they don't carry the rest of the part we have to make it ourselves...my question is i know when both my boyfriend & myself worked there (a long time ago) , if we were running the parts counter we had knowledge of what we were looking for, we didn't come up with ex cusses, or say "I'm just a delivery drive" and walk away from us. these people have NO clue whats going on in there, i bet if we walked in there and told them i needed a bottle of blinker fluid they would try looking it up in the computer .. but first they would ask me what year vechiel it was going in ... they think we are the ones who don't know what we are in need when we walk into the store... but in actuality they are in need of some massive training.....both in their job specifications and customer service.
