I had to bail a friend out of jail a couple weeks ago, and this was totally new to me as I had never been to court before. I wasn?t really sure what I was supposed to do, but as I was sitting in the court room waiting for my friend to be seen. This man named Larry Garnett sat next to me asked if I need a bails bondsman. Of course I did because I didn?t know what I was doing. I followed him to his office, filled out the paperwork and I was doing so, I asked him if some of the money would be returned to my friend after his court dates. He said yes that up to 80% would be returned. Now that the court date is over, my friend called and asked about his refund and Larry told him that he isn?t getting it back, that they don?t do that. The only way you get money back is if you go through the courts for bail. This is BS and I am sure he is in court everyday looking for people like me to take advantage of, watch out cause he is slick and will wheel you right in as he says ?this is what
