Review content:
I called to get some information on their location around 8pm and a real person answered. I asked my question and the line went dead. I thought that something happend, so I called back. They answered the same way and I said "I think we were cut off" and started to ask my question again and the line went dead again. I waited a few minutes and called again and asked "Why are you being rude?" I got the same result. If they have no patience for a phone call, it makes me wonder what kind of patience they have with pets. My pets are important to me so I will go elsewhere.
