Bienville Animal Medical Center

We have used this facility for over 10 years. They have treated all 5 of my dogs. I cannot express in words the level of care and understanding we have experienced from four (4) different doctors. They have laughed and loved our puppies as well as cried with us at the passing of one of our babies. The front desk staff is professional, caring, understanding and WELCOMING. The staff taking care of boarders or surgical patients has always treated us with understanding knowing that either situation is hard for both owners and pets. I can't say enough good things about this facility!!! more

I have been a pet owner most of my life, so I have seen several different vets. We moved to Ocean Springs about a year and a half ago and I was referred to Bienville Animal Clinic by a breeder. I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with any Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Dill is my absolute favorite and the staff is so friendly and make you feel like your pet is the most special when they come in the door. Their prices are so reasonable and when you ask them how much services are, that is the price you get when you check out. I've visited many vets where one price was given, but by the time I walked out the door, the price had doubled due to extra charges and fees being tacked on. I actually don't have to hold my breath at the checkout counter anymore! lol. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for a great place for their pet's care. They are the best! more

After moving here last year (with the casino/hospitality industry), I was desperate to find the veterinarian(s) with the expertise and compassion I has been accustomed to. I'll admit, I'm very demanding on the care my Golden Retrievers receive. Dr. Dill repaired the orthopedic problem with my "Sam", and I was extremely impressed with his level of care. I have since met with Drs. Randall, Duke and Richardel on separate occasions, and I can share that all these vets offer a very personalized approach in the veterinary work they provide. They are truly a class act, and I highly recommend their team to anyone in the Mississippi gulf coast region seeking quality pet care. more

These guys aren't just good vets-they're quality human beings. Theys really care about people and pets! My dog had a real bad problem, and they giot it fixed without a bunch of unnecssary tests and expensive drugs. Just good, sound judgement. more

I called to get some information on their location around 8pm and a real person answered. I asked my question and the line went dead. I thought that something happend, so I called back. They answered the same way and I said "I think we were cut off" and started to ask my question again and the line went dead again. I waited a few minutes and called again and asked "Why are you being rude?" I got the same result. If they have no patience for a phone call, it makes me wonder what kind of patience they have with pets. My pets are important to me so I will go elsewhere. more

They treat my animals like their own. My pets love to stay in the kennel-Moira spoills them! My pets have been treated by each doctor there and they all have been great! more

If you want a doctor who is in and out, then you found the ones for you. Too impersonal, and they don't seem very thorough in their exams. Just way too quick unless you count the time spent waiting in the lobby. more

absolutely wonderful, they love the animals so much, its such a pleasure to do business with them. They always act like each animal that comes in there is one of there own. more

I find this service the best on the coast for my pets. The staff is very helpful when I bring the dogs in for their meds or shots. The doctors are very considerate and thorough in explaining the procedures which I feel is necessary. I like their mannerisms in handling the dogs as well as the owner. They are prompt in sending reminders when annual appointments are needed. Their service charges are normal for the area more

This is by far the best vet on the gulf coast. Never have I seen such a fantastic vet staff who treats each client with such great care. They offer great services at great low prices. The drs and staff are so knowledgable and never leave any questions unanswered. This is where all of our pets have gone and all future pets will go. more
