Review content:
I have, sorry, HAD shoulder length straight hair. I went to Hair Cult and saw Mariella because my previous stylist at a different salon moved overseas. I asked for "up to 2 inches off the back and just a trim at the front, because I want to keep the length". We discussed how this would make my hair quite angled towards the front, which I said I liked. \r I was surprised (and worried) by how quickly Mariella cut my hair, and then annoyed when she took about 3 times longer blow drying it. My hair is already straight and doesn't need to be tortured for 30 minutes to sit properly. \r When she was finished, I was shocked by how short it looked. I had gone from hair that touches my collar bone (I even checked a 2 week old photo to be sure I wasn't imagining things) to a long-ish bob. \r I've had lots of bob haircuts - it used to be my staple - and its an ok cut (not spectacular). The point however, is that its not what I asked for. Comparing my new cut to the photo, I reckon she took 2 inches
