I'm surprised. That other person must have had an isolated experience. My family has been shopping at Suburban furniture for years. We would never go anywhere else. Their prices are great and they don't sell junk like a lot of furniture stores these days. The quality we have always received has been top notch. We just recently shopped for a lift chair for our mother who is elderly and not able to get around. Our salesperson was sensitive to our needs and treated my mother with dignity and respect. They delivered the chair the same day. There was a small problem and the same Michele the other person was talking about had someone out the same day as well and it was taken care of. She's great as is the rest of the staff. Sorry the other person had a bad experience. It's certainly not the normal.
