It deserves 0 stars. I had been going to this place for a while now mostly because it was on my insurance and the first year I went here it was not so bad. That has changed. I went recently in for an exam and was told that I should see their root canal specialist who charges over a $100 and then I would have only received a discount on his services, not what my insurance provides since this person was in their office but was not actually IN their office. The dentist was nice enough. Some new young guy. However, it took nearly an HOUR of me sitting in a chair before he came to look at my teeth. Seriously, an hour? Yes. I was also told that I would not be able to get in for a cleaning until November, a good 4 months later. It seems to me that they could have used that hour wasted of me sitting in the chair to clean my teeth. \r \r Overall, poor time management. Try to push other services that you may need but that cost you a lot extra to even find out if you need them, they charge more for other items (like a night guard that I need) and they are rude. I overheard the staff and one of the doctors chatting about their weekends and new cars and all sorts of things that I didn't feel was necessary when you have patients listening in. Please check out Castle Dental at the Galleria, that's who I settled on and I was very pleased! Dr. Collard and Maria are who I saw.
