As an animal rescue owner and operator, I have had the great fortune of being welcomed with open arms by the caring, compassionate, and dedicated staff here at East Islip Animal Hospital.\r
Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by familiar faces that work together as a family. I have never felt as though I were a mere customer being accommodated, but part of a team that shares the same love for each and every animal that comes into their care. \r
There is always an open dialogue between myself and both Dr. Jason Heller and Dr. Amanda MacDonald. Every treatment plan has always been a detailed discussion between myself and the Doctor. Every question answered with expertise and patience. Every decision that has been made for my pets and rescues has been with security and confidence because I was informed of all options prior to committing to a treatment plan. It has been an educational experience as well. I have never been made to feel as though I was not a part of their care. \r
