A friend recommended this hospital. It has been worth the longer drive to get there for me. I've found it to be not only less costly than my old vet but the atmosphere is less gloomy than with my old vet and the staff are friendly and very professional. I always feel relaxed and my dog even more, I'm sure! Dr. Madsen is wonderful when it comes to explaining things--I don't even have to ask. He just seems to know. I like this because I enjoy learning the whys and hows of pet care and treatment and that can't happen unless we receive instruction and feedback. This helps me take care of my pets better in turn. Thank you Dr. M and staff for making me and my dog Autumn feel welcome and for the attentive care!
