I am sorry to say we will be changing vets. This place is just too disorganized. They are very nice, but it is dirty and cramped and needs some major organization. I called to check on the registration for my dog's microchip and Dearborn never sent in the registration information. I was not surprised by this...that is why I called myself to check on it and make sure my dog was registered. The check-in and check-out process is just painfully disorganized and slow. They will have to get better organized or I'm afraid they will lose all of their clients.
