I went into Sass today hoping for a loose spiral perm, I however received exactly the opposite of what I had asked for (despite the exact picture to aid my stylist) and had to endure two hours of unsatisfactory service. The owner, Desiree Woof was incredibly kind, social, and humorous as were most of the employees. I, however, was not greeted when I walked in the door, was rudely asked "Your name?" after waiting by the counter for a few minutes, and the conversation ended there. My stylist was anything but a social butterfly. She was rude, neither gracious nor gentle, and certainly did not care for the service she provided to her customer. My loose spiral perm turned into incredibly tight ringlets from root to tip. So far of base that I ended up vigorously washing my hair for a good hour immediately after I got home. Completely unsatisfactory visit and will never trust Sass with another appointment.
