This salon was a true treat! the staff was soo welcoming and i felt totally comfortable. I got the best hair cut and out of this world color. They made me look and feel beautiful ...

Worst

I went into Sass today hoping for a loose spiral perm, I however received exactly the opposite of what I had asked for (despite the exact picture to aid my stylist) and had to end...

SERIOUSLY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE AND RESULTS 1/12/2011

I went into Sass today hoping for a loose spiral perm, I however received exactly the opposite of what I had asked for (despite the exact picture to aid my stylist) and had to endure two hours of unsatisfactory service. The owner, Desiree Woof was incredibly kind, social, and humorous as were most of the employees. I, however, was not greeted when I walked in the door, was rudely asked "Your name?" after waiting by the counter for a few minutes, and the conversation ended there. My stylist was anything but a social butterfly. She was rude, neither gracious nor gentle, and certainly did not care for the service she provided to her customer. My loose spiral perm turned into incredibly tight ringlets from root to tip. So far of base that I ended up vigorously washing my hair for a good hour immediately after I got home. Completely unsatisfactory visit and will never trust Sass with another appointment. more

Haircuts yes. Waxing no. 2/24/2010

New to the area and just went on advertising and throwing caution to the wind. My simple hair cut was adequate and I felt it was a "bit too" short than what I am used to but I was pleased by my hairdressers sculpting abilities. However, I did also have waxing services and it's by far not what I would ever expect. Not uniformed, not thorough and in the end, and my legs left unhappy. As for my eyebrows, too thin. But I didn't know it until I saw myself in a mirror. I do recommend them for hair cut but I suggest passing on their waxing services. more

day with friends at sass 7/30/2009

A few of my friends spent the day at sass. We had massages, facials, and pedicures. They were great we loved it . The staff made us feel so welcome and at home. I loved that they use Aveda products I even got some take home products . We will definetly be back. more

all around great service 12/22/2008

Sass Hair Salon is an all around great experience. The staff is very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. When you walk in you are greeted with friendly receptionist and asked for beverages. It cold be little pricey but the results are worth it. massages, hair, nails, waxing.all in a one stop more

The best experience head to toe 9/30/2007

The enviroment was very calm and relaxed, and the staff made every effort possible to accomadate me. I even received lunch with my package. The massage therapist Tammy was amazing, and the manicure and pedicure was excellent. I also never got so many compliments on my new hair cut and color. I would recommend Sass to everyone!!!!!!!!!! more
