The worst experience I have ever had with boarding my dogs! Made a prior reservation and scheduled a bath for my two non Poodles. Upon arrival I was greeted by the first non professional behind the desk. This was not my first bad exchange with this person. My two dogs had a few fleas, heaven forbid a dog in Houston Texas having fleas! Isn't this part of the reason you take your animal to a groomer to help you control this problem. This is when things got nasty. We were reprimanded by this idiot for allowing our animals to acquire fleas. We were then blessed with the groomer herself. This is when the second tongue lashing began. This women hates fleas and any animal or pet owner who has an animal with fleas. At this point my wife and I could not believe what was happening. We gathered our animals and walk out. If Prestonwood Kennels treats the pet owners in this way how are they going to treat your animals. The lack of professionalism is appalling.
