I started to write a review earlier, but didn't finish, and now I'm going to change it anyway. I think reviews of healthcare facilities either for humans or pets are usually not trustworthy because they see so many thousands of patients but only the people who are pissed off write reviews. I feel they took good care of my cat, but the "girls" at the front desk are another matter. The doctors and techs will tell you one thing, then when it's time to leave, the front desk will insist you pay in full. I normally take my cat to another vet, and they are fantastic, unfortunately it was an emergency so I took my cat here. When I took my cat home, they never called to check and ask how she was doing. My own vet has called me three times already. It looks like my cat isn't going to make it unfortunately, and I've been waiting three hours for a call back about a simple question I have. I guess they got my money, so they don't give a damn about my animal anymore. In the future, if I hav
