It was unbelievable to me how rude and disrespectful the team at New Century BMW was. This is the first vehicle we have leased from them and it will be the last. I refuse to even go back to that location to get my car serviced. We have leased 2 other vehicles from Pacific BMW in Glendale and one cant even compare the two locations. My daughter took her brand new 3 series in because when she shifted when she put her car into reverse it would fo forward then back into to reverse. This to me is a serious problem that puts her and others in danger, but the service team told her unless she can produce the problem on the spot they couldnt do anything about it. They refused to service her vehicle or even look at it. Unbelievable!!!!! This not the type of service BMW promises. Save yourself the trouble and never lease or purchase from New Century BMW in Alhambra.
