I have just returned from a service appt at this dealership. To my great relief (given some of the reviews here), my experience was excellent. My appt was for a simple, low mileage oil change. Greg was my customer service rep. He was nice, helpful and very informative. My car was ready as-promised in one hour. He took me out to my car and then spent time answering all my questions; looking under the hood with me to explain some things; sat in my car explaining more things; and bringing me additional explanatory materials. In addition, they had completely detailed my car. It was beautiful. And I was impressed. True, my service need was a simple one that was covered under warranty. But I was very happy with the experience regardless. Ask for Greg if you can. He is great. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because my service was so simple. I would like to try them out for a more complicated job. (And the TV was a little loud in the waiting area.)
