Totally untrustworthy, dishonest and unrelieable! Accepted my offer on a car and then (within 2 hours) sold it to someone else for more. They admitted their 'mistake' and said they were sorry. Sorry is the right way to describe this kind of behavior in 2011. We had a contract that the chose to dishonor without a word to me. Other web site also show many others with BAD experiences in service. There any number of other BMW dealerships in this area, go to them. Aviod Aviod Aviod!
