Nations Home Warranty sent Bostech to repair our AC. In September of 2009 Bostech came out and rebuilt the AC unit which, even with the home warranty, cost over $600 out of pocket. In May of 2010 the air stopped working (wouldn't get cold). A technician came out and claimed that the filters were dirty and replaced them. He was gone within 15 minutes. Three weeks later the air stopped working again - would not even blow air through the fan. The same technician came out and said a loose wire caused the problem. This time he was gone within 10 minutes. Not 15 minutes after the technician left the air stopped again. Immediately put in calls to Nations and to Bostech which resulted in both companies refusing to send the technician back that day. They insisted that the technician was "too far away". Exactly how far could he have gotten in 15 minutes! The same technician returned the next day, spent 15 minutes, and claimed that a clogged drain caused the problem. Perhaps if he had sp
