I use to Love the staff at Alamo Veterinary. I have been very disappointed the last few times I have taken my Cat. The new staff is not as caring the follow-up it terrible. \r \r I told the vet my cat was not as active as usually. I was told that all cats do is eat and sleep, which is somewhat true but cats are also active. I took a feces sample and found out my cat had worms which no vet at the clinic ever suggested. Also, I had to call to get the test result no one call me to tell me the test was positive. You would think if they cared about animals they would have try to put the animal on medication as soon as possible. In the past the clinic always called to see how you pet was doing not any longer.\r \r In addition, when I called to follow-up with the doctor to find out how I could tell the worms were gone. I was told once you treat the cat they will almost never come back This is not true by what I read on the internet. Also, the funniest thing I was told was is to not take my
