My lovely old Lab Ruby had an ear infection that resulted in a hematoma and my schedule makes it impossible to get to a Vet during normal business hours. I just happened to be reading my Acorn and saw an ad that Alamo Veterinary was under new Mgt and was announcing extended and emergency care and made an appt to see Dr. Nagel. She was so compassionate and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and reminded me so much of Dr. Rabiner that I had been seeing for 15+ years prior to her (way too early) retirement that I will be back. Ruby and I can confidently recommend Dr. Nagel at Alamo Veterinary. Okay truth be told Ruby is on the fence - she is not at all fond of the E-Collar but she really loved Dr. Nagel & Kiki!
