I received excellent customer care from the staff - especially Ed Duque (and Marlene). Moss Bros. is not like other car dealerships I've experienced in the past - There was no "pressure" to make a deal. I knew what was in my budget... gave that information to Ed and I got an Awesome deal @ Moss Bros.! With a bankruptcy discharged, I thought it would be years before I could purchase a vehicle, but with Mr. Duque's professional expertise, I drove home in my new car the same day!!! THANK YOU, Moss Bros.! I will definitely recommend Moss Bros. Toyota Scion for anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.
