My experience @ Moss will not be forgetful because Mr. Ed Duque took care of my whole family. He is very knowlegeable; he has lots of expertise; well experience; good customer contact; takes care of his customer well; lots of smile; he will really work with you to close a deal and he does not push his customer to buy a vehicle. We love going to Moss Brother because we purchase our first truck @ Moss. Keep up the outstanding customer service and I cant't wait to bring you new customer soon. more

I do want to say that Craig Suchil was my "Advisor" and greeted me with respect and was very nice. I have had him several times and he is an asset to this company. He seemed to treat everyone including the other workers with the same respect. more

NO pressure 7/17/2013

I received excellent customer care from the staff - especially Ed Duque (and Marlene). Moss Bros. is not like other car dealerships I've experienced in the past - There was no "pressure" to make a deal. I knew what was in my budget... gave that information to Ed and I got an Awesome deal @ Moss Bros.! With a bankruptcy discharged, I thought it would be years before I could purchase a vehicle, but with Mr. Duque's professional expertise, I drove home in my new car the same day!!! THANK YOU, Moss Bros.! I will definitely recommend Moss Bros. Toyota Scion for anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. more

I had a great experience at Moss Bros. Toyota. The Salesman (Javier Hernandez) was extremely helpful and he did his best to make the deal go through. Javier is a knowledgeable person. He made every effort to make sure this deal goes through. I am proud of your sales team for doing a wonderful job. Thanks goes to the General manager also, for taking my call and starting the negotiation price. more
