Review content:
Our insurance covers "Urgent Care" visits. We were visiting Lawrence when my wife got sick. We looked up "Urgent Care" places and chose this facility.\r
\r
Later, we received a bill from them for the visit. When asked why they didn't bill our insurance, they said, "We bill as a family Doctor, not an Urgent Care..." and "Your visit was treated as a walk-in for the family practice..."\r
\r
UGH! Why do they advertise as an urgent care facility if they don't intend to follow the industry standards as one? (Billing included).\r
\r
Now we have a fight with our insurance on our hands too.\r
\r
All this trouble for a few days worth of antibiotics. As far as I'm concerned... they are False Advertisers (aka Liars).
