Although the doctor was good when I finally saw him, trying to get the appointment was an ordeal. The phone is invariably answered with "Can you hold?" and I hung up several times after being left on hold for around 5 minutes. Then, when I did manage to schedule an appointment (nearly two weeks out from when I called) and got to see the doctor it was some 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. \r

Finally, as a result of my appointment I got some tests done at the hospital, but I again had to go through the whole "Can you hold?" routine just to get my results. No one bothered to contact me to go over the results with me, there was no doctor available to interpret them, and all the person I could speak with could do was mail me the results and tell me that I could schedule another appointment if I wished to discuss them.\r

I will schedule an appointment, but with a different provider.
