Review content:
My shower water was dripping in to my living room. After the condo handyman told me that the job was beyond his capabilites, a friend suggested Roto-Rooter. \r

Vinnie #98 was there before I was home from work. Vinnie was very sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. By process of elimination he advised that I need a ""tile man"". Vinnie then arranged for John to come by and take care of the tiles.\r

Considering the circumstances, it was a pleasant experience (as odd as that may seem). I will keep Vinnie's card handy for any future plumbing situations.
Pros: The ceiling was falling in - Vinnie put my mind to rest
