Want to thank Elvys and Roto-Rooter for taking care of my problem once again. Elvys is always available to take care of my needs so my house dosent flood from rain with his contract,he calls and takes care of it two times a year even when I forget, sometimes they send someone new dosent do that great of a job but Elvys usually follows up to take care of it if needed comes back out. thanks Elvys and Roto rooter for having such great cumstomer service. more

My wife called this morning because we had a very bad smell coming from basement. The employees name is geovanny, and he did a great job figuring out what was wrong. He cleaned our sewer line and explained to us how to prevent this from happening again. A bit expensive at first, but well worth it when it was done! more

Service on July3/4 2012 7/4/2012

I gave used RR in the past and they are always very accomodative of my time/schedule. I called the afternoon before july 4th holiday to have an on-site estimate made on two plumbing jobs. They showed up that same afternoon and returned on July 4th holiday to perform the job to my complete satisfaction. The plumber Jeff was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns about the job. They work very hard and very flexible with my schedule demands. Great all around and job cost reasonable. more

Roto Rooter Plumbers 6/16/12 6/24/2012

We had an emergency plumbing problem at 9:00 at night when the water from the upstairs tub was draining out of the downstairs toilet! Roto Rooter was at our house within an hour and the plumber, Tony, was extremely helpful and professional! We were especially happy with the surprisingly affordable cost of the service! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing is great! Around 10 o'clock at night I noticed some water leaking into my basement. I called Roto-Rooters, and within an hour someone was at my house inspecting the leak. One of my pipes had a hole in it, and the next day Matt came over and fixed everything with no problem. He was very kind and courteous. The next week, when I had another unrelated plumbing issue, I made sure to call Roto-Rooters again right away! Thanks for the service, I will be recommending you to everyone I know! more

ROTO-ROOTER Plumbers 2/4/12 2/4/2012

I had a previous plumber come to the house. This plumber couldn't figure out what the problem was. Instead his solution was to change the toilet bowl. Knowing that this didnt sound like a great remedy, my husband called roto-rooter in Mamaroneck, NY. There customer service reps were very professional and made sure to inform me about the time the plumber would arrive. Once the plumber arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He was very courteous and informative. He solved the problem within that hour. I will defintely be telling all my friends about your great service. Thanks to EDVIN 1879. more

Roto-Rooter technician Edvin #1879, who visited our residence yesterday, Jan. 26, 2012, was thoroughly professional -- he was on time, very diligent in solving our clogged kitchen sink problem, very polite in manner and conscientious in clean up. This is the second time we've used Roto Rooter. If we have a major drainage problem in the future, I would again call Roto Rooter. Roto-Rooter's one-hour response time and quality service justifies their higher labor rates than local competitors. more

Great Service!! 8/18/2011

I had a problem with my toilet so I called Roto-Rooter. A super friendly service technician named Sammy (#2375) came to the house and thoroughly explained what the problem was. Since my toilet wasn't flushing properly, he adjusted the water level and replaced the flusher. He got it so it was flushing again and also made recommendations for what had to be done next. He also gave me an estimate of what it would cost to get fixed. As soon as he left, I scheduled the recommended service for next week! Roto-Rooters was reliable and provided exceptional service! more

When the bathroom sink got clogged and it was beyond our skills We scheduled an appointment online. Shawn ( Tech 888) arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant and professional. When the job was done the area was left spotless. We wre very satisfied with the service. more

I called them on Sun 7/3/2011 about a problem with my water heater. The contact center person was helpful and forwarded my request to a nearby office. The service tech was there within a few hours, fixed the problem and gave me some advice on some other project I was working on. Everybody was very friendly and tried to handle the problem quickly and professionally. more

Exceptional Plumber! 5/25/2011

Two days ago (5-23-2011) I had a leak in my kitchen that was coming from the bathroom upstairs and needed a plumber ASAP! I went online and looked up local plumbers and found Roto-Rooter, I filled out a questioner to get a quote and within minutes I got a call from them to schedule an in home free consultation. Two hours later a service technician named Matt came to the house and thoroughly explained what the problem was. Matt (#2542) repaired the worn parts and made recommendations that would prevent future leakage. Roto-Rooters was reliable and provided exceptional service! more

Prompt and Clean 2/7/2010

I had a plumbing emergency a few nights ago and needed someone quickly. These guys were on the scene in less than an hour. The repair man actually showed up exactly when the dispatcher said he would. The work was excellent and the job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The repairman cleaned everything up nicely when he was done. The only drawback is that the service was outrageously expensive. The repairman was on-sight for about 45 minutes and the bill was over $400!! Use these folks only of there's no other choice or if money is no object. Pros: Very quick service and did nice work Cons: EXPENSIVE!!! more

Fast and Efficient 1/29/2010

I contacted Roto-Rooter and was told that they would have someone at my house in an hour. In less than an hour, two trucks were at my home. They were friendly and helpful. They took care of cleaning the pipes and setting up my following cesspool service. They were efficient and helpful. more

We loved how the technician (Vinny #98) knew exactly what needed to be done and explained what he planned to do in a way that we could understand it ""before"" he started the work. \r \r He was equipped with all the necessary parts and tools needed for the job so we wouldn't have to wait another hour or day. Best of all, the work is done quickly, neatly, and to great satisfaction.
