I have been so happy taking my 4-legged family member to SCAH. From the time I walk in the door till we leave there is a pleasant, friendly, helpful atmosphere. It is obvious that the employees (ALL of them) love what they do. The hospital is always clean. They are willing to take you on a tour without an appointment. That says a lot to me. It means they are not hiding anything. The doctors/techs are always so helpful in explaining to me what the problems are with my pet and they take the time necessary for treatment/checkups. They kept me informed on a daily basis when my pet was admitted for a long period of time. The kennel staff is always pleasant and it is obvious they love the animals. The groomers take their time to listen to how you want your pet groomed and they GET IT RIGHT!!!! I just love this place and would recommend it to anyone within the Charlotte area. It is well worth the drive if you do not live close by.
