I've learned if you are looking for drive thru pet care I would recommend them for the basics. Otherwise...I would suggest taking your furry family member to a more professional and caring hospital. My experience on Tuesday November 24th, if you can get past the sourpuss (and I don't mean a cat) at the front desk, over the holidays was talking to FOUR different doctors in the same day about my dogs issues. After waiting 50 minutes as a emergency walk in I got to see a doctor. I've been a client of Dearborns for about 8 years with my dogs. This was my first time needing emergency assistance and I will never go back. The entire staff was more concerned with their holiday schedules and shut down than their patients. After being in an out twice with my dog and talking to them on the phone, IN THE SAME DAY, I never got to see or talk to the same doctor. I had to explain my pets problems over and over to four different doctors; again, I have to stress, in the same day! They couldn't even re
