I took my dog to Saugus Animal Hospital and had an awful experience. I thought that I would get second opinion, from my original vet, which I was quoted $600 to have a hematoma repaired in My dogs Ear.Upon arriving at SAH,I filled out the paper work, I waited 25 minutes as I watched the girls at the front desk leave and walk across the parking lot one at time to pickup their food to eat before they entered my information into the computer, once done and into the room, I meet a Veterinarian that seemed nice enough said that Max did not necessarily need the operation, that he could drain the ear and the cost would be only $200. I thought that sounded great and after the procedure we were told to bring him back in 3 days to remove the bandages and that he would need to be left for a few hours and sedated.Thirty Minutes after my son dropped Max off, I received a call from a very rude person, asking me why we left without signing the quote?
