Review content:
The ballrooms are a very nice size and the decor is quite pleasing. It's located directly across from Auburn University. The parking is ample. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and do a good job. The vegetarian meal was a huge disappointment. The tofu tasted as though it had been grilled on the same grill along side of the steaks that were served. I don't think it occured to the chef that vegetarian wouldn't want their meal cooked right along with the meat. Other than a disappointing meal, the Dixon Conference Center is pretty nice. I must add that the meat eaters were pleased with their food. Thus, the only concern would be for vegetarians.
