Best football hotel anywhere in SEC! Parking two blocks from Stadium, posh lobby, fun atmosphere. Excellent food, especially the Sunday Brunch. Rooms are always impeccably clean. This hotel costs $60 more than your regular "Holiday Inn type" hotel and boy, is it worth it. You can watch the students roll Toomer's then be back in your room or at the bar in 5 minutes - relaxing and watching other games. So enjoyable. It's the BEST! more

The Dixon Conference Center is a great place to host an event 11/11/2005

The ballrooms are a very nice size and the decor is quite pleasing. It's located directly across from Auburn University. The parking is ample. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and do a good job. The vegetarian meal was a huge disappointment. The tofu tasted as though it had been grilled on the same grill along side of the steaks that were served. I don't think it occured to the chef that vegetarian wouldn't want their meal cooked right along with the meat. Other than a disappointing meal, the Dixon Conference Center is pretty nice. I must add that the meat eaters were pleased with their food. Thus, the only concern would be for vegetarians. PROS: Pleasing decor and staff CONS: food unfit for vegetarians more

the AU Hotel and Dixon Conference Center is a nice place to stay in the heart of Auburn. If you can get a room on football weekends, this would be ideal. Great restaurant inside more

Nice Hotel 11/4/2005

This is a nice hotel, especially since their recent update. Every conference I have attended here has been well run. The food service is prompt and delicious. The restaurant is good. The front desk is efficient and helpful. My room was clean and inviting. The hotel itself is very convenient to the interstate and campus. Make sure you make reservations early for big events (graduation, Bid Day, etc.) and forget it for football games! more

Auburn University Hotel and Confrence center 8/21/2005

Auburn University Hotel and Confrence center is the best hotel in Auburn. There is no other hotels that offers such a good enviroment and very nice rooms. Also the confrence center is great for confrences and also for weddings. The staff work very had to make your event very nice and succssesful. I attended a wedding there once, and It was the best wedding I ever went to. Staff are very polite and organized. more

i never spent the night there but i attentd confences and the quality of the service is verey good and their lunch buffet is excellant for its value so i can expect the quailty of there rooms more
