Review content:
My recommendation is to seek another dental group. Going here as a first time patient, I had 4 bad experiences: 1. They require you to come back twice just to clean your teeth. They did not tell me this when I made an appointment. The first appointment is xrays, and then the second one is cleaning. 2. They will not take previous xrays from other dentists. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked if they need my previous records, and they said no. 3. They charge for services without you knowing. I told the front desk and the hygienist not to charge for anything that exceeds my insurance coverage. Both times, I was told, not to worry they will take care of me. I received a bill a month later for an xray not covered by insurance- which I already had and could have transferred from my previous dentist if they would have took care of #1 above. 4. They will not budge for any of their mistakes. I had to call their billing office twice. They only have one accountant, and the first call she was on vacation and no one else could talk to me. I called back a week later and she stated they will not cover the overage, I should have been more cautious of my own coverage, and they do not care if I do not return.
