My rating for this so-called veterinary service is minus any star. \r
I had an emergency over a weekend & took my dog Lucky to them on Sunday. Dr Michele Purnell (formerly Berry) was the internist that diagnosed him with a liver tumor on Monday. After careful thought I decided to go with surgery as it was his only chance. Tuesday morn i was advised the surgeon was too busy - so Tues night I brought Luck home to spend the night here. Wed morn he lost bowel control and his tongue was hanging out of his mouth - i rushed him over by 8 am. Dr Purnell looked @ him and said nothing is wrong - go home, we'll call you. She called an hr later and said he was bleeding internally and they'd give him blood. (9 am). I called later in the morning to see how he was and when the surgery would be - was told again - the surgeon was too busy and he was resting. At 2 pm i got a phone call from Dr Purnell - she said "i have some concerning news, no, it's more than concerning, Lucky has passed away". I was sh
